This User Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between WatchTec ("We", "Us" or "Our") and you ("You" or "User"), governing your use of the mobile application "Games For Watch" (the "App") distributed through the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing or using the App, you acknowledge you have read, understood and agreed to all terms hereof. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1.1 "App": The "Games For Watch" mobile application developed and operated by WatchTec, available for download on compatible smart watch and Apple devices.
1.2 "User": Any individual or entity that downloads, installs or uses the App in accordance with this Agreement.
1.3 "Applicable Laws": All applicable laws, regulations and rules in the User’s and Our operating regions, including data protection laws and mobile application-related regulations.
2.1 Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and its subsequent modifications. We may update this Agreement due to legal or business changes.
2.2 Modified terms will be notified via the App. Continuing to use the App after modification means you accept the changes; otherwise, stop using and uninstall the App.
3.1 You warrant you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country/region). Minors under 18 must use the App with parental/guardian consent.
3.2 You warrant you have the legal capacity to enter this Agreement and your use does not violate laws or third-party rights.
4.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your compatible devices for personal, non-commercial use.
4.2 You shall not: copy, reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App; rent, sell or sublicense the App; use it for illegal purposes; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; disrupt its operation; or use cheats/plugins.
5.1 All intellectual property rights in the App belong to Us or our licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any such rights to you.
5.2 You shall not use Our trademarks or logos without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement.
6.1 We respect your privacy and collect/use/store your personal information in accordance with Applicable Laws and our Privacy Policy. Using the App means you accept our Privacy Policy.
7.1 The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding its merchantability, fitness for purpose or uninterrupted operation.
7.2 We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, except for damages caused by our intentional or gross negligence.
7.3 You are solely liable for losses caused by your violation of this Agreement, laws or third-party rights.
8.1 This Agreement takes effect upon your first use and remains valid until terminated.
8.2 You may terminate by uninstalling the App. We may terminate immediately if you violate this Agreement, provide false information, or the App is removed from the App Store.
9.1 Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If failed, submit to the court with jurisdiction where We are located.

11.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Us, superseding all prior agreements.
11.2 If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
